    Excellent location near popular tourist attractions.

    I was greatly disappointed with the communication barriers I faced, as the front desk staff struggled to communicate in English without using their phones for translation. Given the hotel's prestige, I expected better language proficiency. My bedding was damp upon arrival, made my first night uncomfortable.

    The pool area was incredible and the location was awesome and brilliant, adjacent to forbidden city, Tiananmen Square, a very good food court Food Republic and better known as Forbidden City.

    It was just a perfect match for a short visit in Beijing with excellent value for money. The pool area is fine, surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. Make sure to check out the breakfast options-it has a wide variety but can get crowded.

    The pool area is nice too. Great food in the restaurant, perfect breakfast with good portions of food, Asian options. Convenient and ideal location - close to Oriental Plaza.

    Wi-Fi was very poor.

    My sister and I enjoyed our stay, particularly the spacious King Room with Club Access. The breakfast on the club floor was great, and we loved the view of the city. We even took a day trip organized by the tour desk, easy.

    My children wanted a better kids' area for play activities.
